The premier it will be held at Fly Skate Shop one of the best Skateshop of Shanghai, really good located and with so many sick products!
I have been in HK so many times, but this time I decide to go there and shoot only in black and white, using my favorite film the Kodak 400 tri-x. One thing I like Hong Kong because the city is busy and have people almost everywhere so is like a paradise for street photographer. It was the first time for me to try to shoot in ISO 800 in a ISO 400 film, this is the results.
Hội An is a city on Vietnam’s central coastline recognized for its well-preserved Ancient Town, cut through with waterways. The former port city’s melting-pot history is echoed in its architecture, a mix of eras and classes from wooden Chinese shop houses and shrines to colorful French overseas buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge by its pagoda.

I talked with my friend Edan an American who is working in Shanghai and he came up with the idea to taking photos for the brand Levis Skateboard. It was very interesting idea and I ended up coming across. On a day headed out to chat and create ideas of how would the pictures and one of the things we realized is that few skate photos are made night, so we thought why not create this book looking in Shanghai at the evening party. We join all the ideas and went to the streets to shoot. It was interesting because I had already taken pictures in the night part but it is always a challenge because the amount of light is low and we need to use artificial light to reach the goal.
Rhiannon Florence before starting the photography was a singer of night parties in Shanghai and worked in some companies, her singing career is over leaving aside because he did not like the nightlife. Now works in Smart Shanghai and continues his life leading to his passion which is photography. I always took pictures for min and never shared my moments with my friends, when I saw a beautiful place as a very blue sky, I wanted to register that moment and share this moment with my friends, it was for this reason that I started the photography, recording times of my life I would like to share with others.
