This trip all started when I was in Malaysia and would like to go somewhere I had never been before, went online and saw that for Brazilians you need an online letter that you can do right on site for this visa, entered the site and made the application and made the payment and the next day was embarking for Sri Lanka. Arriving at the airport when I presented the letter to immigration I realized I had misspelled my date of birth and they ended up not accepting and asked for me to pay back the amount that I had already paid for the visa, I had to pay and I had no choice. Leaving the airport went straight to Colombo city, I had not the slightest idea where he would sleep that night, until I managed to find a hostel by chance in the city center. The city of Colombo to min and a strange city, and a mix of India a little modern, people look like Indian but looks different with my comparison I think Sri Lanka would be Hong Kong and India would be China. I spent the day walking around Colombo until I got off go elsewhere, I noticed there was a bus that went to the south of the country where it was the beaches, so I decided to follow up the beaches. I spent a few days for it, however as it was in monsoon times I just decided to go elsewhere in the country to avoid the rain, went to Kandy in a city that is in the center of the country. I really enjoyed why this region is where the tea plantations and really the interior of Sri Lanka. I had the opportunity to visit some temples and monuments forgotten in the country. Thais believe that Buddhism arose in Sri Lanka and came up to her, put each country believe that Buddhism arose in his country of origin, and a bit tricky but it does not matter. In my opinion the Sri Lanka is a country worth visiting and has to be visited to various means, one of the best waves in the world are in the country and people around the world go to her surfing, mostly Australians.
